How to clean it after use?
The cleaning of plastic pallet sleeve boxes is mainly in the general production area and clean room. When cleaning the plastic pallet sleeve boxes, cleaning containers, latex gloves, rags, and brushes are necessary.
The cleaning sequence is from inside to outside, from top to bottom, and first corners and then plane.
1. Bring the to-be-cleaned PP Collapsible Corrugated Plastic Sleeve Box into the cleaning room, then dip a rag into the cleaning agent, and clean the handles and bottom of the pallet sleeve boxes. They must be clean and free of stains.
2. Dip the rag into the detergent, in the order from inside to outside, from top to bottom.
3. Clean the collapsible sleeve boxes with water three times, immerse the boxes in water, about 3 cm, and then wipe them with a rag to dry them naturally.
4. Use the wipe method to disinfect the plastic pallet sleeve boxes.
5. After disinfecting the megapack sleeve boxes, place them in the cleanroom and fill in the date and validity period of the cleaning and disinfection.
