1. Injection molding
The plastic pallet products produced by the injection molding method are flat, smooth and dense, and the product design freedom is relatively large.
2. Extrusion-Blow Molding Method
The extrusion-hollow blow molding of plastic pallets is similar to the general blow molding method of hollow products, and it is double-sided, requiring relatively large extruders, clamping machines and molds.
3. Extrusion method
The plastic pallets produced by this production method are all assembled, that is, extruders, machine heads and other equipment are used to extrude the slats for the upper and lower panels and the I-shaped with double wings for the connection support. Connect the board and then proceed to assembly.
4. Vacuum forming method
There are two types of plastic pallet produced by vacuum forming method: single-sided and double-sided. Single-sided blister trays are mostly used for packaging, transportation, and rapid development of small motors and wire trays, and are mainly dedicated.
