For closed-loop logistics, pallet sleeve boxes offer a reusable and collapsible packaging system that can travel repeatedly between suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers. After unloading, the sleeve can be folded to reduce empty return volume, helping buyers improve transport efficiency and reduce disposable packaging waste.

Raw Material Preparation

The primary raw materials for our plastic pallet sleeve boxes are PP resin and HDPE, which is used for the pallets and lids. Prior to commencing formal production, we exercise strict control over our raw materials; we conduct sampling and visual inspections, and test properties such as strength, flowability, density, and impact resistance to verify their superior performance.

PP Sheet Processing & Sleeve Cutting

Next, we feed the blended raw materials into an extrusion production line. After undergoing high-temperature melting, the PP resin is formed into either PP hollow boards or PP honeycomb boards. Subsequently, using die-cutting equipment, these boards are processed into custom-sized sleeves that meet the specific requirements of the product design.

Folding and Forming

Next, the cut sleeves undergo creasing, V-grooving, thermal bending, and fold-line forming to ensure that the surrounding panels can be repeatedly folded and unfolded without cracking.

Precise Assembly of Pallet Base and Top Cover

Once the sleeve has been manufactured, it is assembled with the pallet base and top lid. The pallet base is primarily produced via injection molding, while the top lid is formed through blow molding. During the assembly process, it is ensured that the three components are dimensionally compatible, lock securely together, and allow for smooth folding and stacking.

Fitting of Functional Accessories

To meet the diverse requirements of various industrial applications, we also incorporate multifunctional accessories during the manufacturing process—such as label windows, Velcro fasteners, latches, access panels, internal dividers, foam liners, and more.

Final Quality Inspection and Packaging

Prior to shipment, we conduct rigorous quality inspections on our pallet collar boxes and fold and package the products to maximize container loading efficiency and minimize transportation costs.
