Injection-molded plastic hdpe pallets are engineered to withstand the rigors of any application by offering better strength to weight ratios than competitive products. From one-piece rackable pallets to our closed-surface, welded nestable design and assembled stacking pallets, we have a versatile line of pallets that will perform brilliantly in your specific application. Our current line of pallets includes a nestable 1200×1000, a rackable 1000×1000 and a durable manufacturing 1100×1100. Other sizes are available in those types too.
The pallets are made by an injection molder includes a heated barrel with a rotating screw. Virgin plastic and colorant are melted together in the barrel. The melted plastic is then injected into a mold that is clamped together, and pressure is applied to make them concrete. The injection and clamping forces are quite high to make it strong.
