A spill pallet is what?
Typically in the form of a 205-liter drum or an intermediate bulk container, a spill pallet is a bunded secondary containment item meant to handle containers of oil and gasoline. Because it is made to capture leaks and spills of the container's contents that lie against it, it is known as a "secondary containment item."

It is required that the secondary containment item can hold 110 percent of the largest container above. The Covered Drum Spill Pallets must therefore be able to contain 225.5 liters of oil if someone were to attempt to store 4 205-liter drums on it.
