The temperature of low-temperature storage is generally -22℃～-25℃, which is mainly used for the storage of quick-frozen food; the temperature of cold storage is generally -15℃～-18℃, which is mainly used for the refrigeration of food; the temperature of fresh-keeping storage is generally 0℃～5℃, which is mainly used for the preservation of fresh meat, dairy products, fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables, etc., so that the food is kept in a lower and constant temperature environment, and the temperature is not lower than 0℃.
