The Foldable IBC Pallet Container for Liquid is a high-performance, reusable intermediate bulk container (IBC) specially designed for safe, efficient, and cost-effective storage and transportation of liquids, pastes, and high-viscosity products. Combining the robustness of a rigid IBC with the space-saving advantages of a fully foldable design, this container is the smart alternative to one-way IBCs, drums, and traditional bottle-in-cage IBCs.

• Fully Foldable Side Walls: Quick-release latches allow one person to collapse the container in seconds. Folded height ≈ 290–320 mm.
   
• Large Capacity: 1,000-liter (nominal) food-grade inner liner/bottle (replaceable) for liquids.
   
• Leak-Proof Design: Integrated HDPE inner bottle with 150 mm or 225 mm top fill cap and 50 mm (2") integrated butterfly valve or ball valve at the bottom for controlled discharge.
   
• Heavy-Duty Plastic Pallet Base: Injection-moulded HDPE base with 3 or 4 runners (steel-reinforced options available) and four-way entry for forklift and pallet jack.
   
• High Load Capacity:
  Static load (stacked): up to 4,000–5,000 kg (4-high when full)
  Dynamic load: up to 1,500 kg
   
• Stackable: Safely stackable 4-high when full and 8–10 high when folded and empty.
   
• Temperature Resistance: -20°C to +60°C (suitable for most non-hazardous liquids, including cold-chain).
   
• 100% Hygienic & Food-Grade: All materials (HDPE outer cage, pallet, and inner bottle) are virgin, UV-stabilized, and FDA/EU food-contact approved.
