The pallet box is constructed out of a honeycomb structure with two-layer PP panels, which give comparable weight distribution and make the box good for heavy or irregular loads.
There is a 600×350 mm opening in the front with a 2 mm-thick reinforced edge that makes loading and unloading big parts such as engines or tires fast and hassle-free.
Lock bottom grooves and anti-skid pads. The four corners can be piled five layers high/2000kg maximum weight.
Forklifts can be used to lift from any side. The lifting is going to be much easier and safer due to a front guide channel. It is not going to crack when dropped up to 1.2m.
