Overview

The hdpe welded plastic pallet 1000 x 1200 mm in HDPE are the best hygienic solutions to manage the handling of goods. In fact, the bartacks have the support base  with the closed top and bottom through the hermetically welded technology in order to avoid accumulation of dirt or liquids inside, this design conforms to the HACCP hygiene regulations, so it's very easy to clean.

To optimize space in warehouses and distribution centers where plastic pallets are used, they can be stacked during storage and also be used on racking system. Furthermore, it is possible to place the pallet on the ground or on flat surfaces with a maximum load of 4500kg, if the load is less than 1200kg, they can be stacked over 3 layers with 1000kg on each layer and place it on shelves if the load does not exceed 750 kg.

The hdpe welded plastic pallet is available in two versions for food and non-food use. The white model in virgin food grade HDPE is suitable for food use, while the black model in recycled HDPE can be used for all other types of goods.

The plastic pallets are manufactured from pure, high quality materials and are weld moulded which makes it strong. All pallets are designed and tested for hygienic compliance and are compatible with all standard of handling and conveying systems and racking system. Enlightening Plastic Pallets are maintenance-free, offer excellent cleaning properties and are dimensionally stable in temperature ranges from -30 °C to +40 °C, because it's made from virgin material, briefly up to +90 °C.
