The anti-slip design improves load stability during forklift movement. When the forklift accelerates, brakes suddenly, or turns, the anti-slip surface helps prevent products from sliding or shifting on the pallet. This keeps the load balanced and secure throughout handling.

Check What Is Sliding

First identify whether the main problem is the load sliding on the pallet deck or the pallet moving during forklift handling. For cartons, plastic boxes and wrapped goods, check where the bottom of the load actually contacts the anti-slip points.

 

Confirm Your Rack Beam Layout

Provide the rack beam spacing, support direction and pallet placement method before confirming the 1,250 kg rack load for your project. The same pallet can behave differently when the supporting span changes.

 

Check the Actual Unit Load
