Option 1: Removable Bookend Installation
Step 1: Prepare the Pallet

Slide the long steel C-channel into the molded slot at the bottom of the pallet cradle, between the rolls and the pallet.
Step 3: Install the End Stops
Insert the two steel end stops into the channel, one at each end.

Position the end stops against the rolls and tighten the thumb screws by hand. Check that both end stops are secure before moving the loaded pallet.
Option 2: Permanent Steel Channel Installation
Step 1: Position the Steel Channel
Place the long steel channel into the molded slot at the bottom of the pallet cradle.
Step 2: Fasten the Channel
Insert oval-head Phillips machine screws through the countersunk holes on the top of the channel. Install washers and lock nuts underneath the pallet. Tighten the fasteners with a screwdriver and socket wrench. Do not overtighten.
Step 3: Install the End Stops
Insert the two end stops into the steel channel, one at each end.
Step 4: Adjust and Secure
Position the end stops against the rolls and tighten the thumb screws by hand. Check all connections before moving the loaded pallet.
