Features

1. Material

Made of high-density virgin polyethene for long life, virgin material for dimensional stability in temperatures ranging from -40 °F to +140 °F, briefly up to +194 °F (-40 °C to +60 °C, briefly up to +90 °C). Single injection moulding is strong and durable.

2. Four-way entry

Four-way entry offers convenient all-side entrance, 4-way by a fork truck.

3. Anti-slip Design

Surface: Anti-slip mats on the surface which can effectively anti-slip the bags on the pallet.

4. Edges

Reinforced edges on all sides of the pallet to protect the embossing, printed logo etc.

5. Pallet strength

Build in zinc coated bars, bars on deck and runners in cross position,20 steel bars on both sides, the load capacity is increased to 1,500 kg in high racks. Steels build inside the pallet's inner structure, not exposed to the pallet outside, and the plug for steel bars is designed to be fastened by self-tapping screws to avoid the plug falling off, steel falling and hurting workers.
