Bunded 4 Drum Spill Pallet

Bunded 4 drum spill pallets are also called leak-holding pallets, spill-proof pallets, oil drum pallets, oil receiving pans, etc., to prevent and control the production of oil containers or chemical containers that are used in large quantities in modern factories, warehousing, logistics, and transportation. LLDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) was developed and designed for liquid leakage. It is mainly used for the packaging and storage of chemicals to prevent environmental pollution caused by liquid leakage and protect personal safety. 

Bunded 4 drum spill pallet:

1. Purpose: Used for splash-proof, leak-proof storage or operation of multiple 55 gallons of chemical storage or other containers, to avoid splash or leakage during sub-packaging or storage, and can be stored indoors and outdoors.

2. Material: The whole is made of high-density polyethylene, anti-acid and alkali, corrosion-resistant, and weather-resistant

3. Grid: The non-slip leakage grid on the leakage tray is removable and detachable for easy cleaning and transportation

4. Height: 30 cm, 15 cm, 8 cm and other specifications

5. Forklift and hand truck: The 4-drum model is forkliftable from all four sides.  The 2-drum model is forkliftable from either of the two longer sides.

Bunded 4 drum spill pallets are made of a one-time molding roto-molding process, with a strong and durable structure and a beautiful appearance. The products are roughly divided into three categories: leak-proof four barrels (high/low feet), leak-proof double barrels (high/low feet), and leak-proof single barrels to meet the specific needs of various industries for pallets. The fixed screen is detachable, and the plates or trays can be folded each other to improve storage and transportation efficiency.
