Twin IBC Spill Pallet can store two IBC tanks outside and keep them safely out with the Twin IBC hard top spill tray, which provides sufficient sealing to meet EPA and SPCC spill containment regulations, the covered seal will also help meet NPDES requirements.

Safely contain your IBCs with our duplex IBC spill pallets. These are ideal for storing IBCs, drums, or other large containers (all materials stored in the IBC must be chemically compatible). These units allow you to store two IBC tanks side by side, or one IBC and up to four drums, and feature easy-to-remove fencing for quick clean-up. They are 100% polyethylene construction, will not rust or corrode, and have a load capacity of 6000 kg and a holding capacity of 1100 liters. The trays meet the regulatory requirements of EPA 40 CFR 264.175, SPCC regulations, and the current Uniform Fire Code. Spills can not only lead to dangerous situations for handlers but can cause costly delays and fines for your business. Our spill products help ensure that liquids are safely contained and that you are in compliance.

Our IBC pallets can also be used as secondary leak-proof storage for chemical storage containers to avoid spills and leaks. In addition, the IBC pallet can also be used for the leak-proof treatment of IBC square chemical drums. It is suitable for leak-proof treatment of medium-sized containers, leak-proof packaging, and storage and transport of most medium-sized containers.

It has 4 entrances, making it easy to handle with forklift trucks and pallet jacks. It has non-slip and easy to clean removable plastic grates. It also has a drain plug which makes it easy to drain the oil from the sump into a separate container for recycling to recover the spill. Our IBC sealing trays are made of polypropylene and can withstand extreme temperatures from -20° to 120°F.
