Raw Material Selection & Preparation

Color powder mixing

Automatic feeding system
Next, we use the automatic feeding system to transport the mixed raw materials to the hopper of the injection molding machine. During this feeding process, we seal it to ensure a clean and efficient production process while preventing the raw materials from getting wet or contaminated.
Injection molding
The mixed plastic pellets are melted at high temperatures and then injected all at once into newly developed molds using a large injection molding machine. The average wall thickness of our injection-molded plastic garbage bins is only 7 millimeters, with a smooth and seamless surface.
Cooling and demoulding
After injection molding is completed, the mold is rapidly cooled by the cooling system, allowing the product to gradually solidify and take shape. Once cooling is finished, the automatic demolding system removes the waste bin from the mold and transfers it to the next process.
Trimming and deburring
After molding, the plastic waste bins may have burrs or excess material. We arrange staff to trim off any extra edges to ensure a clean and neat appearance, preventing issues such as sharp edges that may cause injury or unstable stacking.
